Very disappointing - multiple - experiences here. I don’t give 1-star lightly. If you look at all my reviews (I’m a prolific reviewer), I often give - especially small businesses - the benefit of the doubt. I rarely leave 1-star reviews. I was so frustrated that I decided to wait a few weeks before leaving this review because I don’t like to write while upset. I feel that it’s important to reflect. Even now, after three weeks, just thinking about my experience makes my frustration return. I asked them to do something very simple: check the oil pump’s pressure to see if the oil light alarm going off is due to the oil pump. They said, “we’re busy this week, can you bring the car next week on Thursday?” I said, “Sure!” I dropped it off on Thursday morning, thinking they’d get back to me later in the day. Tuesday rolls around, and I call, “hey, uhm, how’s my car?” They say (no apology for making me wait for 5 days without my car - for a 30 min diagnostic - when I already waited a week to drop the car off), “We changed the sensor.” I say, “I never asked you to change the sensor - did you diagnose the pump?” “No, we just changed the sensor because that’s usually the problem. Oh, and we found a problem with your front right wheel that needs to be fixed. Should we fix it?” 🤦 “OK, well, that’s not what I asked you to do. Why are you looking at my wheel and not my oil pump?” Please, do a diagnostic.” • calls me back 45 minutes later. “Actually, there was a miscommunication. Apparently, we did do a diagnostic, the pump is fine. That’s why we changed the sensor. But, since the inspection (official) hasn’t been done, we can’t legally test the car. And you will 100% fail the inspection if you don’t fix your wheel. We should fix it.” So I say, “alright, go ahead and fix the wheel. I’ll come by and drive it around to see if the oil pump alarm continues to go off.” This is where it gets really frustrating: I arrive, and they hand me a bill for nearly 250 euros! Here is everything they changed on the car that I never asked them to: • oil change • oil filter • front light (right) I’m like, “Why are you changing my oil? I never asked you to do that. ALL I asked for was a diagnostic on my oil pump. I just changed my oil 3 weeks ago. I bought super premium oil and filter. And you completely wasted it! What kind of oil did you put in?” and he says, “it’s a really good oil.” 😡. I told them, “I’m not paying for ANYTHING I didn’t ask you to do.” They agreed (never apologizing, simply saying, “it was a miscommunication” again). So I go to test the car: • wheel is making a weird sound • my driver’s side chair completely breaks! I bring it back, and they fix both (the chair they did the best they could, but it’s a hack job, and it’s super uncomfortable now). So I leave, my chair is super uncomfortable now, and 10 minutes later, my oil light goes off with the alarm. I send them a message, and they never reply. Now, what has me very frustrated about this whole situation is that we used this mechanic a year earlier, and they did something similar. They kept our van for 3 WEEKS to fix our wheel. They charged us 20 euros for 1L of oil. When I asked why they charged us for oil, he said, “we checked your oil, and it was low.” I HAVE OIL AT HOME! Why are you doing things I never asked you to do? I would have left 2 stars had they gotten back to me about the oil light still going off. But since they completely ignored me, I’m leaving one. The ONLY reason we came back to this guy is because our new mechanic, who is awesome, was on holiday, and I needed my car but didn’t want to risk damaging the engine. In total, two very bad experiences with them adding unnecessary and unrequested services to our vehicles. Then completely ignored us after, instead of helping us find a solution. This has been, hands down, my worst experience at a mechanic. Very disappointing - multiple - experiences here.

Ayant l'habitude de réaliser mes révisions chez mon concessionnaire de la marque habituel (depuis 19ans), j'ai été très de la dernière réalisée, bref... Ce Centre automobile "Verona", m'avait été fortement recommandé. Rendez-vous pris et respecté, accompagné d'un appel téléphonique m'avertissant du besoin de changer les plaquettes de freins, j'ai donné l'ordre d'intervention, nickel chrome. 5 heures plus tard mon véhicule était révisé avec les diagnostics remis à zéro. Je compte dorénavant réaliser ici toute mes futures interventions. Je recommande cet établissement.
